Through Business Relationship Management, ESP (formerly eMerge) provides links between our business partners and Administrative Technologies at the strategic and tactical levels. ESP’s primary responsibility is maintaining the relationship between the University’s business needs and solution delivery. The purpose of these links is to ensure that Administrative Technologies understands the business requirements of the business partner and is able to provide services that meet those needs.
ESP is comprised of Business Analysts who elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements. This analysis is done in collaboration with our business partners in order to add value to their operations and achieve the University's goals and objectives.
