Agile Bloodhound: Logistics on Demand

spacer At left, a prototype tactical vehicle provides on-the-move networking capabilities to Marines during the Office of Naval Research's fourth annual Agile Bloodhound demonstration, held Oct. 15-16 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.

During the two-day demonstration, Marines showed how the use of advanced technolgies, including handheld devices and automation software, could speed delivery of critical supplies to the front lines and even help planners determine when and where items will be needed ahead of time.

ONR Takes Global Energy Action

Two years after helping to establish a “green city” in Thailand, ONR is expanding its quest for renewable energy and bringing the latest technologies to other parts of the Asia-Pacific region.
