A vegetarian's dream breakfast! Scrambled eggs with vegetarian "bacon", breakfast potatoes, and a delicious orange breakfast drink.

Dryweight: 16.5 OZ Serving Size: Serves 4 Directions:
Scrambled Eggs with Baco Bits: Add contents to 3/4 cup (18 mL) of
water. Blend. Add another 3/4 cup (18 mL) of water. Stir. Cook over low
heat in greased skillet.
Diced Potatoes: Add contents to 3 cups (72 mL) of water. Stir. Bring to a
boil and cook for 1 minutes or until done. For hash browns, drain off
water and fry in greased skillet. Pre-soak if possible.
Orange Breakfast Drink: Add 4 cups (96 mL) of water and stir until
dissolved. Ingredients: SCRAMBLED EGGS W/BACO BITS: WHOLE EGGS,
MALTODEXTRIN, SOYBEAN OIL, SALT, CITRIC ACID, TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN
(SOY FLOUR, CARAMEL COLOR, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL,
HYDROLYZED CORN-SOY-WHEAT PROTEIN, AUTOLYZED YEAST).
DICED POTATOES: POTATOES, SODIUM BISULFITE (AS A PRESERATIVE).
ORANGE BREAKFAST DRINK: SUGAR, POWDERED ORANGE JUICE, CITRIC ACID,
NATURAL ORANGE AND TANGERINE FLAVOR, SODIUM CITRATE, ASCORBIC ACID,
FD&C YELLOW #5 & #6. Allergens: MILK, EGGS, AND SOY.
