Meowsings Moves to Texas 2: Nikita Hits the Books!
Good evening Felinity Assembled!
As reported earlier...Texas is a go!
The Eyes of Meowsings Will Soon Be Upon Texas!
Meowsings Moves to Texas: Update - 700th Post!
What this means is less nap and snooze time, for Elvira and I, as we start to learn about our new home to be!
Daddy Kiril had some magazines from a year, or so, ago and these provide a good place to start for all of us to learn about Houston.
There are a lot of fascinating things in these magazines, and Daddy plans to get a few fold-out maps, and books as well, from Amazon, that are intended to help people learn about the interesting things to see and do in the Houston metro area
By the look of things Daddy is going to have to get us a new stroller, for Chrissymouse, because this complex is larger than our current place and has many more interesting things for 2 curious cats to see!
A gym, a cyber cafe, several swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and probably plenty of stray cats on the grounds unless I miss my guess.
If we have them, here, then this place will have a few.
Elvira Mistress of Felinity and I can't wait to explore our new apartment!
For several reasons;
1. It's larger than our current place, thus requiring it to become a 1 br. instead of a large studio.
2. The closets are probably larger.
3. The apt. has 4 rooms, not 3.
4. There is a balcony! Essentially a 5th room, one that is outdoors! At some point Daddy might be persuaded to get another Cat Tower to put there, safely from the ledges, that will allow us to keep an eye on a wider swath of our new surroundings, with Daddy supervising us so we, um, don't do something stupid. :-D

And that balcony idea is fantastic, too. You'll love it, I just know.
When they lived in Indiana, Grace's daughter-bean and family had an upstairs apt with a balcony, and Cabbie and Pinot just loved it ...
and best of all, they were smart enough not to jump off! (They knew where their bread was buttered, so to speak!)

Oh WOW! That is so cool! Me has not been to Houston, but my cousin (a woofy) came from there and he has told me he LOVED it!
