A JCDFF grant is by invitation only and we do not accept LOIs or unsolicited applications.

FORMS

The Doctorow Family Foundation has removed the application and report forms from our website.

For 2013 grantees, we will send your organization the new report form for 2013 grants when it is completed. All organizations will then have a two month deadline for submission of the report.

LOGOS

Our foundation shall be credited in all publicity and communications as the Jarvis and Constance Doctorow Family Foundation. The pdf files below are the required art files for use in crediting JCDFF. If you have any questions about usage, please contact us at doctorowfoundation@gmail.com.
