The AppNexus Console is an ever-growing collection of tools that empowers our clients to manage and optimize revenue from the ad campaigns and publisher inventory that drive their businesses. The UX team makes our complex interface simple to use for the thousands who log into Console every day. Thanks to our close relationships with users, our Agile UX methodology, and the efforts of our designers and researchers, we are constantly making the Console UI even more powerful and intuitive. Our goal? To continue expanding and improving the most innovative feature-set in the industry.

The UX team is committed to collaboration, continuous improvement, and most importantly, creating close relationships with users. Nowadays everyone claims to be “user-centered”, but we’ve actually structured our entire team around understanding and addressing our users’ needs. We’ve turned every Wednesday at AppNexus into User Wednesday, where we invite three current Console users to take part in usability tests, interviews, and other activities that enable us to see the world through their eyes. The insights we gain enable us to delight our users with intuitive tools and engaging experiences that make their lives easier and their work more fulfilling.
