Meet Penn State graduate, author, editor and graphic designer, Chip Kidd who will personally design a cover for your favorite book, journal or diary featuring you or other selected images. Publishers Weekly described his book jackets as "creepy, striking, sly, smart, unpredictable covers that make readers appreciate books as objects of art as well as literature." USA Today calls him "the closest thing to a rock star in graphic design.”

This is an extraordinary and unique opportunity since Mr. Kidd also has designed for Dean Koontz, Frank Miller, John Updike, David Sedaris and other contemporary writers. Chip Kidd has also created work for Jurassic Park, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. Kidd is currently working with writer Lisa Birnbach on True Prep .

Chip Kidd will create a cover for a book, journal or other personal document. Not for commercial use and/or publication. You can meet with Kidd in his NYC office. If it is more convenient, you can plan the project by telephone. Must be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. Offer expires March 2014.

The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance charge for non-tangible items is $9.95. Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder.  The minimum shipping charge for hard copies of tickets and certificates is $14.95. The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95 (shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees).
