Magic Online: Locating your Event ID
Answer ID 1408
Each Magic Online tournament is given a unique Event ID number. Whenever you contact Customer Service to request reimbursement for a tournament, you will need to provide this Event Number for that tournament. We recommend keeping track of the Event ID numbers for all tournaments you enter so you will be prepared if anything happens.
The Event ID can found at the top the Event Details or Duel Scene window.
The Event ID can alternatively be found by enabling the ID column in the Play Lobby.
Once the tournament has begun, the Event Number can be found at the top of the Duel Scene window for an active game.
