ROOT’s menu offers “Plates” to enjoy solo or to share with others. Divided into “Socials,” “Beginnings,” “Principals” and “Endings” Chef Phillip offers an open book for guests to write their own story through food. House-made Charcuterie and Sausages, including “Face” Bacon, Fennel Cured Spalla, Rosemary Cured Guanciale, Spanish Style Chorizo and Moroccan Style Lamb Merguez are featured as “Socials.” Chef Phillip’s signature dishes include Ménage à Foie, a special daily preparation which includes Chef Phillip’s “Foielly Pops”; the Cohiba Smoked Scallops and the Yorkie featuring House-made Coco Puffs.
