Anevay and Melissa want to acknowledge Stephen Haff and Doris Santiago for their ongoing work to bring reading, writing, art and love to the Bushwick community, families and children at Still Waters in a Storm.

The children who attend Still Waters are writers, artists, musicians, actors and community-minded citizens. They accomplish so much, which is a true testament to the transformative power of language, a little attention, many hugs and a lot of love. 

A special thanks to all of you who have donated time, resources, money and love to the program over the years!
