While our niche is private, tailor made trips in South America, in 2012 we decided to debut Signature Journeys, a new style of small group tours, to showcase our favorite destinations. Reserved only for an intimate group of food and wine-loving travelers (maximum of 12 people), and personally hosted by owner Liz Caskey, these itineraries have specific departure dates across the region in Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay.

Look at these journeys as our “collections”. We have curated some of our favorite, most authentic local experiences, to take you deep into South America’s terroir. Meet our friends who are food artisans, chefs, home cooks, winemakers, winegrowers, bakers, and fishmongers. Visit must-see cultural sites and bucket list destinations on the South American continent like Machu Picchu.
