Josi began designing garments because she was surrounded by examples of women who, although they could not afford couture, had the skills to provide such for themselves. From her Aunt Grace, who stitched up stylish ensembles, to her mother who made everything from clothing to curtains and costumes... it's easy to say Josi had plenty to absorb from an early age.
Josi's own design arc has been inspired by a deep love of the mathematics of color and form. She uses that passion to merge the beautiful with the useful. Her garments fit perfectly; her bold accessories are statement pieces that become heirlooms; her outerwear is stylish AND warm.
