This article will explain how to change your screen resolution.
First, let us explain what this does. Adjusting the screen resolution changes the amount of information that can fit on the screen. As the resolution increases more information can fit on the screen and the smaller the images on the screen become.
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel
Double-click on the Display icon.
-or-
Right click on a blank area of the desktop.
Left click on Properties
Click the Settings tab.
Move the Desktop Area slider to select the resolution.
Click the Apply button.
Note: If your computers asks you to restart and you are unfamilar with Safe-Mode it is recommended that you do not continue.
Click the OK button to confirm the change.
Click the Yes button if you want to keep the setting.
Note: If you cannot see the screen wait 15 seconds and it will revert to the previous settings.
Click the OK button
