CreativeMornings is a monthly speaker series and morning gathering of creative types. Each event includes a 15-20 minute lecture, followed by a 20 minute group discussion. The gathering begins at 8:30am with the topic presentation starting at 9:00am and everyone taking off for work at 10am.

Lyle Estill - Lyle Estill is the founder of Piedmont Biofuels, a community scale biodiesel project in Pittsboro that collects used fats, oils and greases from throughout the region and converts them into B100 biodiesel fuel.
He is the author of several books, and many blog entries and articles on renewable energy, local economy, adaptation and sustainability. He is a reluctant activist who now finds himself entrenched in what he calls, 'the renewable energy establishment.'
