About Us

In 2003 management for Stubb’s BBQ, Front Gate’s first client, agreed to give the Austin, TX-based ticketing company, Front Gate Tickets, a shot. Success with the famed music venue, which over the years has hosted shows for Jack White, The Beastie Boys, Neil Young, Metallica, and Kings of Leon, helped pave the way for Front Gate to work with hundreds of top tier venue, festival, promoter, and touring artist clients.

Since that time, Front Gate has continued to develop software solutions for ticketing, access control, booking, promoting, and analyzing the performance of live events. Unlike other ticketing companies, we take a holistic view of a promoter’s business and offer proven software and services that save time, increase ticket sales, and improve profitability.
