Context: How to apply Lean Startup methods

Start-up companies often have the same goals as traditional companies, but their approach is different: they are fast and have the capability to transform whole industries with little money. Implementing start-up methods in traditional companies will not only improve innovation efficiency, but also reduce time-to-market and investment risks. It’s time to adopt that innovative approach!

Goal: Learn new tools + make ideas tangible

After this training participants will walk away with a different mindset about developing new business ideas. The goal is that all participants will adopt more hands-on approach to their projects, using a wide variety of business prototyping tools as well as a structured process to change ideas into market-ready solutions.

After the training participants will:

  • Master techniques to innovate the lean startup way
  • Understand how start-ups work and run short development cycles
  • Have the tools to make ideas tangible; fast and inexpensive
  • Understand how to engage customers and users early in the process
