About Us
The Office of New Student & Spartan Family Programs provides comprehensive and meaningful programs to facilitate a successful transition to UNCG and support students through the first year. We offer services and resources in a caring and respectful environment for new students as well as their families. We prepare and encourage students to connect with their peers and engage fully in the rich learning environment and diverse culture at UNCG, while instilling our unique University traditions. We understand that families and peer leaders play a vital role in supporting the academic success and overall well-being of students. We intentionally partner with campus resources to enhance and enrich students’ learning experiences and social development throughout their time at UNCG.
