ITS Computer Lab Reservations and Software Request Deadlines
Summer and Fall 2013 Semester Computer Lab Reservations
ITS is now accepting requests to reserve the ITS-managed computer labs for the Summer and Fall 2013 semesters. The deadline for departmentally-coordinated reservations is Friday, April 12, 2013. These requests for lab space should be coordinated first at the departmental level or by lab committees before sending them to ITS. After this deadline, individual faculty and staff requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Computer Lab Software Installation Requests
Please submit requests for software to be made available for the Fall 2013 ITS PC or Mac Computer Lab software load (image) by Friday, May 3, 2013. If you believe you will not have the new versions of software you’re requesting to be installed by May 3rd, please notify us and we’ll work with you. Please see the guidelines for Requesting Software for Campus Access. Before submitting your software installation request, please visit the Click-Wrap Agreement page and make sure that any “click-wraps” (software license agreements) associated with your software request have been approved by the Office of University Counsel. In addition, please be sure to choose software versions that are compatible with Windows 7.
