The House
MoreThe Big House is at 2321 Vineville Avenue, Macon, GA. In 1969 it was for rent, and by January 1970 it became the house where members of the band, their roadies, friends and families lived until 1973. It was the focal point of gathering in those early years when the magic that is the Allman Brothers Band was just taking shape and radiating from this sleepy Southern town.

MoreMake your next event one that your guests will be talking about for years to come. The Big House offers a magical background full of love and history. Rentals are for 5 hours and this includes use of the Charles H. Jones Pavilion and access to the museum. Treat your guests to a great time on the beautiful lawn and take a walk through the famous museum.

MoreWant to help out at the coolest place in Macon, Georgia? The Big House cannot operate without the help of others! We need assistance in a variety of areas, including admissions and the gift shop, and even resource development, which helps us plan our special, local events.
