Anji Bee is first and foremost a vocalist and lyricist whose primary musical project is the indie duo, Lovespirals, with her mate, Ryan Lum. Anji also produces and hosts a weekly music podcast for Mevio, called The Chillcast with Anji Bee, as well as a monthly music vidcast, called Chillcast Video. Additionally, she co-hosts the band podcast, Chillin’ with Lovespirals: Insights of an Indie Band, with Ryan. All 3 shows are available for free on iTunes or directly from www.anjibee.com.

Anji is quite active with social media and her followers have long expressed interest in the vegan food depicted in her TwitPics and Tweets, which was the inspiration behind this blog. In addition to original recipes and favorite recipe links, you can enjoy tempting photos from Anji’s organic home garden, Farmer’s Market, and vegan friendly restaurants, plus the ocassional eco-friendly tip. Oh, and most likely you’ll see some photos of Anji’s beloved cat, Monst, as well as other animal friends she meets along the way.
