Jonas Rathsman makes intricate tunes that are complicated enough to be beautiful without being so complex that they feel busy. His latest, a Remix of the Sam Smith tune “Like I Can” showcases this skill with grace. Somewhere between theatric and ravey this one stirs the emotions while keeping us moving. Sam Smith channels Tracey Chapman and warbles along repeating the same phrase but the beat is the winner here.Thoughtful and fresh. Classic Rathsman

Downtown LA’s indie-pop duo, Pr0files, have put together something real nice with ‘Forgive’ – their follow up to last year’s ‘Call Yourself A Lover.’ They let the vocals shine on this sentimental song of anti-love and forgiveness, captivating your senses from the start. Beautifully constructed tune, throughout it’s synth driven 3 and a half minutes. Really love this. Put it on repeat and get all tickled with nostalgic vibes.
