Disabling toolbars in IE/Windows XP

We’ve seen issues where a user can’t launch a course because of a conflicting toolbar.

For example we had one machine where the “brothersoft” browser bar broke the course launch, and disabling this toolbar “fixed” it.

    Please note … I think our other problem is with Popup Blockers.

    Oh hey Bret, how do you think would be the most effective way to roll out this information to the Trainer Team? Can I send them a link to see this troubleshooting fix? If you have this saved as a word doc I could put it on the sitebuilder and ask everyone to review it prior to the course? Up to you, thanks for your help putting this together.
