Our most famous Suite, located in the Main House, built as the winter bedroom by the Pasha for his beloved fourth wife, overlooking the Courtyard, meticulously restored and furnished with original antiques, including a four poster bed. |
PENTHOUSE SUITE
Spacious, modern suites with Arabic and Imperial influenced designer décor. State of the art equipment includes private spa bathrooms with oversized sunken baths and steam showers with water jets. |

Well-appointed and luxurious, located in the Main House, Palm House, East House and Cow Byre, each of these rooms has a spacious sitting area, a large unique bathroom and a distinct Middle Eastern character all of its own. |
JUNIOR SUITE
Exquisite larger rooms, some with original painted wooden ceilings, three of these rooms were originally summer rooms built by the Pasha for his wives and are in the Main House, opening on to the famous Courtyard. Others are in the Palm House and East House. |
DELUXE PASHA
Three of these, originally winter rooms for the Pasha’s wives, open off a gallery in the Main House and overlook the pool; others are located in the luxurious and peaceful East House, or in the Palm House. Some of the rooms have either a private garden, patio or balcony. |
CLASSIC PASHA
Authentic and individually furnished in the Ottoman style of Jerusalem of the late 1800's. Enjoy the period charm and modern comfort of these unique rooms. Classic Pasha rooms are available mainly in the Palm House. |
SUPERIOR ROOM
Cozy, superbly equipped rooms located primarily in the Main House, but also available in the Cow Byre and the Palm House. Decorated and furnished to meet the high expectations of our guests. |
STANDARD ROOM
Smaller rooms, furnished with the same care and attention to comfort as the rest of the hotel located in the Main House, East House, Cow Byre and Palm House. Compact and elegant, they provide a great opportunity to enjoy the unique ambience and facilities of the hotel. |
EXTENDED STAYS
The Cow Byre, lovingly restored and reopened in November 2011 for guests on an extended stay. One of the older buildings of the American Colony. Built as a barn by the early colonists and later used as a forge, these rooms feature kitchenettes and wooden floors. |
