All of us know some kids that are learning to play soccer or those who play it more competitively. Hamstring strains are a very common soccer injury and cause a tremendous amount of games lost to injury at all levels.

My oldest just turned 13...THIRTEEN! How did that even happen?? I have started a not so unusual tradition every year of posting on Facebook, on my childrens’ birthdays, a current pic along side a baby pic.

I owe my 4 year old a big apology. Tonight as I lay next to him at bedtime, I started praising Lucas for how great he’s doing in his swim class.  His instructor gave us a progress update at the end of today’s class and told him, “You nailed it!”  I asked him if he knew what that meant, and he shook his head NO.
