Dear
Applicants,
All grant
applications to the New York State Council for the Arts (“NYSCA”)
require you
to complete and submit three items: (1) an online application; (2)
support
materials and (3) a Cultural Data Project Funder Report.
For FY12-13
Grant Program, NYSCA is utilizing a file storage management system that
allows
digital uploading of files and other support materials. Please
visit www.nysca.slideroom.com
for instructions on how
to upload Support
Materials for Cultural Services contract applications. Technical
Assistance can be obtained by
e-mailing questions directly to support@slideroom.com.
E-mails will be answered
Monday through Saturday, between 9am and 9pm, Central Standard Time.
Slideroom.com also has an easy-to-use tutorial program.
Please note that the www.nysca.slideroom.com
will close at
midnight the evening of June 20, 2012, the FY12-13 registration and
application
deadline.
However, NYSCA
will accept submission by mail or other delivery service postmarked no
later
than June 20, 2012 and addressed to NYSCA, 175 Varick Street, 2nd
Fl.,
New York, NY 10014. NYSCA will not
return materials submitted by mail or other delivery service, except in
cases
where material is submitted on a USB flash drive (data storage device)
along
with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please
note that there are five program
categories that require certain supporting materials to be submitted in
hard
copy. Further, please remember to
review Program Specific Requirements for all support materials
contained in
each Program’s guidelines.
If you
have questions about its instructions or content, please contact NYSCA
at public.affairs@nysca.org
or visit www.nysca.org/grant_app/helpdesk/public_help.cfm
and create a help ticket.
Thank
you for interest in and involvement with
NYSCA’s FY12-13 grant program.
