Grado, one of the oldest family-owned companies in the audio industry has, for over half a century, been the leaders in design engineering for high-end audio. Grado is famous for their remarkable headphone and phono cartridge designs, holding over 48 patents. Company founder, Joseph Grado, was inducted into the ‘Audio Hall of Fame’ in 1982. During the introduction of e-series, Grado have produced a few different variations of carton labelling and product branding. The best way of identifying e-series product is looking through the grilles on the ear-pieces to see the magnet assemblies, which are coloured red.
