Once you apply it will take a week to process your account. You will receive and email once your Advantage Card is ready and a card will be mailed to your address.
When can I start earning using my Advantage Card?
Once you receive your Advantage Card in the mail. If you sign up at an NCIX retail store you can use your card right away. At this moment you cannot register for Advantage program online and pick up the card in-store.
Please note you will need to have the advantage card in hand before you will be eligible to start collecting Advantage dollars
What purchases apply to the NCIX Advantage?
Applies to select purchases before taxes. Program members get the current promotional price, and earn 1% most purchases (not including and taxes, service charges or fees) as a bonus applied to your NCIX Advantage Membership card approximately 30 days from date of purchase. Premier Partner membership pricing, gift card purchases, price matches, bids, credit notes, credit plan, EBP (Electronic Bill Payment, TT Bank Deposit, outlet, warehouse sales,and RFQ do not qualify for 1% Advantage Rebate Dollars. This program and the offers under this program cannot be combined with other NCIX programs (i.e. Premier Partner). Why does my card show " Error: Gift Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is not active yet."?
Advantage Rebate dollars are apply with valid purchases automatically 30 days after the scan date of first purchase.
Can my previous purchases be added to my Advantage Rebate?
No orders placed before joining the Advantage Program cannot be applied to the program.
How can I use my Advantage Rebate Dollars Online?
Using your Advantage Rebate Dollars is simple.
1) At Checkout-Step 2 select Payment Method. Tick the checkbox with "Your Advantage Rebate Dollars: $XX.XX.
2) You can also choose how much Advantage Rebate Dollars you would like to use by entering the amount into the box beside "I would like to redeem $".
3) Add a telephone number we can reach you at, if we need to contact you.

How can I use my Advantage Rebate Dollars In-Store?
If you signed up at one of our retail stores. Just show your advantage card to the sales person and let them know how much you would like to use.
I redeemed my Advantage Rebate Dollars during check out but it still shows that I still have the rebate amount available.
When redeeming your Advantage Rebate Dollars your order will be manually processed on our systems. The Advantage Rebate Dollar amount will update once NCIX releases the order.
Will there be an Annual fee added to Advantage Card later?
Annual fee will not be applied without notice.
Does joining Advantage void my PP membership pricing?
No, it does not. You can continue to use Premier Partner membership. The 1% will not apply to your Premier Partner purchases.
Can I sign up online and pick up my card instore?
No, for sign ups online your card will be mailed to your address.
Can I sign up in-store and have my card mailed to me?
No, your card will be given to you at the retail store.
Can I combine the benefits of the NCIX Advantage Membership with other offers and programs from NCIX?
The NCIX Advantage program can be used in conjunction with VIP Membership & Sale pricing, but not with Premier Partner Membership.
Can I price match products and use my NCIX Advantage Membership benefits?
No.
When will I receive my Advantage Card in the mail?
Advantage Cards are linked to your online account after 7-14 business days and will be mailed out.
Does open bids/RFQ deals apply to Advantage?
No.
How do i cancel my membership?
To cancel your NCIX Advantage Membership, email advantage@ncix.com with your full name and Advantage Card number.
Note:
Your request to cancel your card must be sent from the same email address as attached to you NCIX Advantage Membership and Account. Once your Advantage Card is cancelled, all Advantage Dollars earned will be removed.
