The workout mode allows you to see the steps you have taken and distance traveled. Plus, see your heart rate with a simple fingertip touch on the watch screen. No chest strap is required. With its lightweight grey resin case, polished silver bezel,  rubber covered side push buttons, stainless steel case back, and easy-to-read digital screen, the watch features a night light, distance tracker, workout mode, 7-workout memory, is 50 meters water resistant, a sports a durable, comfortable black resin strap with buckle. (see additional features below)
