I've been buying my discs from Karaoke Star for about 1 1/2 years, and without exception, every purchase has been a satisfying event. The staff is the model of excellence in the customer service arena. I'm still amazed by the efficiency and accuracy of the folks who fill my orders. In fact, one time I was holding the discs I ordered BEFORE I even had a chance to view the email confirmation (and I check my email quite frequently; often several times a day...). I have browsed the vast resources of the web, and have not yet found a purveyor of karaoke supplies that provides the selection, value, and satisfaction that I have enjoyed with Karaoke Star. Although I try to remain loyal to companies that provide the best value for my dollar, my main interest is still getting the most for my money, wherever I shop. Karaoke Star has always given me more than I expected in the way of value and customer service. If I ever find a supplier that can do a better job, I'll buy from them, but I don't think it will happen. In all honesty, I've found it to be a waste of time to comparison shop any further. These folks have earned my business, and in my humble opinion, they are destined to be a leader in the industry. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a six. They deserve it. I would add a "keep up the good work", but it's not necessary. I know they'll do it anyway. It is quite apparent that doing a good job is the foundation of their business.

I recently bought a VocoPro Gig-Man Pro 100 karaoke system from KaraokeStar.com. I was very pleased with their overall service. I noted in the comments of the order that I needed it by a certain date and it arrived in plenty of time. There were plenty of shipping choices. I would have liked the cost for the different shipping choices to display along with the options. The system came well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I recieved a confirmation email of the order. I did not get any type of tracking on the shipment which I would have liked, but a phone call to the 800 number got me quick answers to my questions. This is by far the best place I have found on the web and in Arizona to find most of the karaoke songs you could wish for. You can even special order cds with just the songs you want. Whenever I am looking for a song, I have found that if Karaoke Star doesnt have it, neither does anyone else.

Although a couple of items were not available to be shipped right away, they notified me, sent the available items right away, and then sent the other items a couple of days later. While I would have waited the extra couple of days in order to save them shipping x2, they were more concerned with me getting my items asap.
