Those numbers are incredible. Ill never forget the "King Kong" video when Josh said he warmed up with a 255 Snatch and a 335 C&J.

Josh has inspired my two boys - one collegiate and one high school. With his mentoring and coaching they have become, arguably the fitest athletes on their respective squads. Josh has quite a following in SoCal and I feel priviledged to have him as a role model for my student/athletes. Good Luck Josh.
