As You Read This…

The As You Read This Series chronicles my journey from first finding a lump in my right breast in February 2010 to my first attempt to have it removed in October. In sharing my story, I hope to help women who have gone through, or are struggling with the same thing. I also hope to show young women like me that things like this can happen to anyone.

It’s Not Over

If you’ve read through all of the posts, you know that this is something I am still struggling with. I plan to continue to share my experiences, and will add links to follow-up posts on this page.

In October 2010, I raised more than $600 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. The majority of the money raised came from a Blog Bake Sale that I hosted with the help of other bloggers and readers.

*The first four updates were written at the same time my father was in the hospital so they are not as detailed as the previous recaps. If you’d like to learn more about my experience, please do not hesitate to reach out in a comment or email {rebecca[at]roseyrebecca[dot]com}

Thank you for your continued support.
