He is an ex Foster & partners Architect, has trained in business psychology and now works with clients, structuring company boards and implementing business and team well being tools.
Trained as a designer, Steve has been a property developer, ran his own property company and was a founder of the leading Architecture & Design recruitment company Adrem. At Ascent Steve works with Engineers, Architects & Construction Professionals to help identify strategic appointments at board level
