Preconference Course Registration
STC also provides the opportunity for preconference education with certificate courses and workshops. Additional rates apply for these sessions:

CANCELLATION – REFUND – TRANSFER POLICY – All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by 30 April 2014. After this date no refunds will be issued. Requests received prior to 30 April will be refunded, minus a US $50.00 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed after 21 May 2014. No-shows will not be issued a refund. Registrations are transferable. Requests to transfer must be made in writing to STC by 30 April 2014. There is a US $50.00 administrative fee for transferring a registration. As advertised in special offering emails, the Really Early Bird rate ($835) is not refundable but is transferable.
