FIT Library supports the academic and research needs of the FIT community, and serves the fashion and design industries. Our specialized diverse resources--in print, non-print, and electronic formats--include specific materials for art, design, and business; databases are provided by FIT, SUNYConnect, & NOVEL, the New York State Library. The Special Collections and College Archives unit holds a rich assortment of rare and fragile materials related to fashion and design.

Fashionable Art: The Frances Neady Collection of Original Fashion Illustrations,
October 21, 2014 through January 23, 2015.
The show highlights thirty premiere pieces of the Frances Neady collection of which there are nearly 400 pieces. The thirty pieces were selected to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the collection's founding in 1984.
