Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake settle High Court proceedings with Heat magazine

US pop star Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel have settled High Court defamation proceedings against Heat magazine’s European edition. However, the celeb couple revealed that they would not hesitate to take legal action if they see false allegations regarding their state of marriage.
Earlier this morning, Heat magazine’s German based publisher Bauer Consumer Media told unreservedly apologized to the celeb couple for a “false” article published last month that questioned the state of their marriage. One of the headlines of the magazine said: “The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica’s marriage”.
In a statement issued on the behalf of the couple, said that they are very satisfied with the categoric retraction of what was a false and unfounded story together with the “comprehensive apology” from the Bauer Consumer Media. They would not make any further comment linked to the European proceedings lodged in High Court, Dublin. However, the statement also added that they would take further legal action if similar stories related to their marriage is repeated.
The couple are married for 2 years and recently they claimed that the Heat magazine’s article defamed them. The magazine, in September, published an article along with photographs of Justin Timberlake and appeared to quote Jessica Biel in the article.
In an apology, the defendants stated: “The article was based on an unfounded report regarding Justin Timberlake’s alleged behaviour at a club following a performance in Paris, to celebrate a birthday and also included a number of purported statements improperly attributed to Jessica Biel, which ‘heat’ now understands had never been made by her.”

Cheryl does not feel anything special on her return to the X Factor

At the weekend, Cheryl Fernandez Versini was back on the television screens when she made her highly anticipated come back on the X Factor. She spent 4 years away from the judges’ chair and the former Girls Aloud singer recently admitted that she felt like she had never been away.
Recently, while speaking to a leading magazine, she told that it is like the past 4 years have evaporated and they are back to square one. Talking about how she felt on her 1st day back, the Crazy Stupid Love star told that she did not really feel anything. She had seen everybody before actually sitting on the panel, but it did not feel different, it literally feels like 4 year has disappeared.
But the question was how Cheryl was feeling after her fall out with the creator of the show Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, the former Girls Aloud manager. The former Girls Aloud singer told that it was really fantastic. She reportedly insisted that she gets on very well with Louis.
Speaking about Mel, she told that Mel is great. She is actually a big softie at heart: She has got very kind eyes. When you are sitting this close to somebody all day every day, you get to know them very well. They bonded instantly, she cracks her up laughing. She really gets along well with Mel. They have never had 2 girls get on so well.

Britney Spears again accused of lip-synching at her Vegas residency

Well, Britney Spears is not a stranger to lip-synching controversies, but this time the Us pop singer has been accused of lip-synching to Sia’s voice. A recent video from Britney Spears’ Las Vegas residency has been uploaded by a fan to Instagram. On this Instagram video, one can listen to Sia’s distinctive voice clearly crooning the song Perfume, while Britney can be listened faintly singing along.
The prolific Australian, who co-wrote the track along with Britney offered back-up voices for the pop singer on an acoustic blend of the track and croons a chorus without Britney on the re-release. The new video was uploaded on an Instagram page fixed by a fan named britneysite.
A leading entertainment website reported that the thirty two year old singer struts around and holds her microphone, seemingly singing sweet ballad Perfume – but Sia’s voice is booming through the theater.
In her Las Vegas residency show, Spears have been criticized several times for her lip-synching, with her rooters uploading videos in the internet supposedly showing her miming. In the recent Instagram video, one of her fans commented: “You can hear her and Sia’s voice lmfao dying,”
