Singer will.i.am told that their band Black Eyed Peas are actually on a ‘pause’ and not on a break. The American singer and his band members – , Taboo, apl.de.ap and Fergie released their new record The Beginning in the year 2010 and after they toured to promote it; they decided to have some time out. will.i.am knows that many of their fans are really concerned whether they have split but this is just a speculation and this is not the case.

Recently, in an interview, he told that their group Black Eyed Peas is in a hitus and they are maximizing while they have the time to go and do things. He added that this is a deserved break or rather a pause, as a lot of times people may say what kind of break and they think that the word ‘break’ is related with break up. But this is a Black Eyed Peas pause.

The singer has continued to make new tunes while he was away from the band, including his single called Scream & Shout with pop star Britney Spears. In the past, the pair collaborated on Britney Spears’’s record Femme Fatale and more importantly will.i.am was really desperate to work with Britney once again. The earlier track with Britney has been a huge hit throughout the world and will.i.am is really glad that he listened to his gut when it was finished. He told that it was urgent. It was like put this out now.
