Home Sweetwater Living Sweetwater Club

The Sweetwater Club is the place for fun

Pools, splash pad, pavilion, clubhouse, playground, events lawn, sport court, ball fields, even a sunset terrace. It's all included in your HOA dues.

In Sweetwater, the feeling of being a “part of” is part of the fun. You’ll find plenty of opportunities here for recreation and getting to know your new neighbors.

The resort-like Sweetwater Club is a 10-acre complex that includes a Hill Country-inspired clubhouse with indoor space for events and meetings, an outdoor pavilion, a beach entry pool with lap lanes, a splash pad, athletic fields, a sport court and an events lawn. It's yours to enjoy for birthday parties, yoga classes, book club meetings, or most any other reason friends and neighbors get together.

Stop by the Welcome Center and we'll give you a guided tour and tell you all about scheduled activities.

Looking west - pool, splash pad, pavilion & clubhouse

spacer Sweetwater's resort-style pool is really three pools in one--a gently sloping beach-entry pool that's great for moms and toddlers, a family pool with two regulation lap lanes, and a quiet pool beneath a waterfall, complete with a tanning ledge and seating coves. The splashpad has bubbling fountains, bright red spray hoops and water cannons. A huge covered pavilion with fireplace is a year-round community gathering place. And the gorgeous clubhouse features two multi-purpose rooms and an open gourmet demonstration kitchen.

Looking east - sport court, open fields & sunset terrace

spacer A sport court for basketball, volleyball and pickleball. An events lawn for soccer practice, movies, concerts and community festivities. Athletic fields for all kinds of competition. A superfun playground with lots of shade. And at day's end, a sunset terrace pavilion where neighbors gather for nightly Hill Country light shows in shades of purple, pink and gold.

2014 Wildflower Festival

On March 29th, more than 1500 guests visited Sweetwater for our first Wildflower Festival--a family celebration of spring in the Hill Country.  The Sweetwater Club was alive with concerts on the events lawn, lacrosse and golf clinics on the athletic field, hoops shoot-out on the sport court, farmer's market vendors and food truck fare.  A trolley shuttled guests to model homes for family-fun activities sponsored by our builders--face painting, a "selfie" photo booth, a balloon-making clown, a bounce house, a petting zoo, and wine tasting.
