Autodesk Civil Engineering Curriculum 2010

spacer This broad project-based curriculum teaches civil engineering concepts that can be implemented from the freshman to senior levels. The curriculum covers four overarching concepts, including land development/site design, environmental design, transportation design, and geospatial information. Faculty can present engineering design principles using various information modeling techniques and sustainable design methodologies. The curriculum logically guides students through engineering concepts and techniques based on real project data and design criteria. At the end of the civil engineering course, students will have a better understanding of how to use information modeling in civil engineering design.
