Top Reasons to Attend
All course registration/orientation reservations for new students are coordinated through Orientation Services. Make your reservation through your orientation portal. The reservation system is entirely automated and will provide you with the most up-to-date information about orientation/course registration options. If you cannot attend orientation, you must contact Orientation Services who will provide you with instructions on how to fill out your orientation reservation.

As a regional campus student, you will attend an Orientation program at your appointed regional campus. Programs at each campus are specifically designed to help prepare you for your first semester and include information about academics and student-life.

The program includes course registration and a campus tour.
Arriving in the Fall Arriving in the Spring
Transfer Orientation offers a comprehensive, accelerated session that gives you the opportunity to register for classes, familiarize yourself with the University, and prepare for a successful transition to UConn.
