Welcome to ILLiad, James E. Shepard Memorial Library new automated, and paperless interlibrary loan system for NCCU Students, Faculty and Staff. Interlibrary loan service is provided to graduate and undergraduate students (currently enrolled at NCCU), faculty, administrators , and staff currently employed at NCCU.

How to use ILLiad:

Click on the above ILLiad Logon/Registration link. New ILLiad users click on the “First Time Users” link and register with the ILLiad system. Select an ILLiad username and password of your choice. Follow the on screen instruction to complete your request.  Record your ILLiad username and password for future use.

Registered ILLiad users go to the ILLiad Logon/Registration link and log on to ILLiad using your username and password to:

1. Place requests for interlibrary loan materials
2. Check the status of your rerquest at any time
3. View the history of all your requests
4. Renew book requests (if renewable)
5. Retrieve article electronically
