  • After our low cost trial membership runs out you will be automatically upgraded to a standard monthly membership. You must cancel your membership within the specified trial membership days to cancel without being upgraded. Refer to the Terms of Service link for more information or feel free to contact a PSM Help representative.

    '>Will I be billed after my trial membership runs out?
  • Our billing cycle is monthly. You will be charged 30 days from the day you originally subscribed. For instance, if you signed up on April 8th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on May 7th which would be 30 days from your original sign up date.

  • How can I ensure my membership was cancelled?

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
In the event of charge back, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may add you to the blacklist with our processor, which will complicate possibilities of future membership. Refuting a purchase that you have made is illegal and will result in a sever investigation. Please contact our PSM Help Representative if you have any further questions.
