1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

1 tsp Sugar

5 oz (hot) Coffee

1 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream

Frozen Irish Coffee Directions

Shake briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with straws.

Coffee Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients

1 qt Vodka

2 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

4 tbsp Vanilla Extract

10 tbsp Instant Coffee

Coffee Liqueur Directions

Combine coffee, sugar and water. Simmer 1 hour and let cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Age in sealed jar 2 to 3 weeks.

Serve Coffee Liqueur in a Beer Mug

Cafe Grande Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 oz Coffee Liqueur

1/3 oz Grand Marnier

1/3 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

5 oz (hot) Coffee

1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Cafe Grande Directions

Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add a cherry, and serve.

Stanley Steamer Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1/2 oz Cognac

1 dash Grand Marnier

1/2 oz Irish Cream

12 oz Coffee

1 squirt Whipping Cream

Stanley Steamer Directions

Take a warm beer mug w/handle. Put in the liquor. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream dashing a little Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier) on top. Serve with a straw.

Russian Tea Recipe

3 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Sugar

5 bags Tea

8 cups Water

16 oz Orange Juice

8 oz Pineapple Juice

1 tsp Clove

Russian Tea Directions

Make tea in the water, and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for at least half an hour, and serve.

Serve Russian Tea in a Pint Glass

Shake and strain into a goblet filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add short straws, and serve.

Kahlua Coffee Recipe

Kahlua Coffee Directions

Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool and add vanilla and either a pint or fifth of vodka. Drink and enjoy.

1 shot Coffee Liqueur

3/4 mug Coffee

1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Joyful Bull Directions

Fill mug 2/3 full with coffee. Add tequila, kahlua and tia maria. Stir. You may stir in half ‘n half instead of topping with whipped cream. Garnish with a cherry or mint.
