How do I return a telephone bought on BT.com?

When you buy a phone on BT.com you have the reassurance that, in the unlikely occurrence of something going wrong, you can call us to get help. If we can’t fix your problem, and the phone is in warranty, we’ll ask for the phone back and replace it with a new one.

You'll also have 14 days after you receive the phone to change your mind. If you decide you no longer want the phone you can return it to us, with its packaging intact and unopened, and we'll give you a full refund.

To talk to us about a problem you have with a phone you bought from BT.com, or if you wish to return a phone, just dial 150 from your landline.
