DCN Program Overview

Recruiting and retaining faculty and staff of the highest caliber is a high priority at Dartmouth College. Frequently, new faculty and staff will make their relocation decision along with a highly qualified spouse or partner who will also being looking for a rewarding and enjoyable career transition into our region.

If you are currently considering relocation to the Upper Valley to take a position at Dartmouth College, your spouse or partner may be eligible to access the Dual Career Network (DCN). The hiring officer for the position should make a referral on your behalf to our Career Development Specialist in the Office of Human Resources. The DCN is here to provide comprehensive job search information and professional assistance to ease and support your transition to our area. While we cannot guarantee placement, we will use every resource at our disposal to serve as an effective support system for your spouse or partner.

Directions to the Office of Human Resources:

The Office of Human Resources is open from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is conveniently located at 7 Lebanon Street, Hanover, on the 2^nd floor, Suite 203. You will see a sign for Human Resources as you enter the hallway. Parking is available in the adjacent garage for a fee.
