• FSUID Lookup – To request access to the FSUID Lookup application, submit an Online Role Request in the eORR application for the FSU_FSUID_LOOKUP_DEPT role for access to your department or the FSU_FSUID_LOOKUP_CAMPUS role for campus-wide access. 
• FSUID Helpdesk – To request access to the FSUID Helpdesk application, submit an Online Role Request in the eORR application for the FSU_FSUID_HELPDESK _DEPT role for access to your department or the FSU_FSUID_HELPDESK_CAMPUS role for campus-wide access. 
• FSUID Trusted Lookup – To request access to the FSUID Lookup application, submit an Online Role Request in the eORR application for the FSU_FSUID_LOOKUP_TRUSTED_CAMPUS role.
• FSUID Network – To request access to the FSUID Lookup application, submit an Online Role Request in the eORR application for the FSU_FSUID_NETWORK_DEPT role for access to your department or the FSU_FSUID_ NETWORK _CAMPUS role for campus-wide access.
• FSUID Secure Identity Lookup – To request access to the FSUID Secure Identity Lookup application, submit an Online Role Request in the eORR application for the FSU_FSUID_ LOOKUP_SECURE_CAMPUS role.
