Our Joseph A. Forgione Development School for Youth (DSY) brings together leaders in the business community with inner-city young people who are leaders-in-training. Since DSY launched 15 years ago, over 2,000 students in the program have participated in workshops led by successful corporate professionals, culminating in paid summer internships that allow them to perform on a corporate stage every day for six weeks.
