We run a wide variety of IT projects and programmes in the University. We design and implement new IT services and significant enhancements to existing services.
Our main focus is on delivering business applications, core IT services and IT infrastructure. We’re also specialists in projects related to IT innovations in research, teaching and learning. Currently, our projects range from working out the best technological way to record lectures to updating the University’s entire telecommunications system.
Our project management service means we can work with you from the early stages of planning and consultation right through to delivery. We’ll make sure your project is professionally run, to help deliver it on time, to budget, and with the optimum results. We also offer programme management to help with broader change.
Software testing is an integral part of our project methodology. We provide test management and test resource planning for programmes and projects. We specialise in functional and non-functional testing and where appropriate use industry-standard testing tools. We can also supply contract test resource, and offer in-house training in software testing.
We have significant experience of delivering business application projects inside the University. These rely on our close collaboration with the University Administration Services departments responsible for the underlying business processes.
