Circa Survive are one of those rare groups who have been able to please both critics and fans alike with every release they put out. Combining alternative and progressive rock seamlessly, the power and range of Anthony Green’s voice combined with their interesting and smooth instrumentals makes them stand apart from bands in the scene today. Their most recent effort Violent Waves was released independently but reached #15 on the charts, marking a victory for independent artists everywhere.

Minus The Bear are a five-piece indie rock band from Seattle who have a decade of tours and festivals and a hearty handful of releases to their name. After an extended spell in the studio during 2012, the band released their most vivid album to date, Infinity Overhead on Dangerbird Records, and have an active 2013 planned including an extensive co-headlining tour with Circa Survive.

The Menzingersare an indie punk band that formed from several local bands in Scranton, Pennsylvania. With heartfelt, honest lyrics and melodic, driven guitars, their Epitaph Records debut On the Impossible Past has been hailed by the current punk scene as one of the best albums of 2012.

I Am The Avalanche are a punk inspired post-hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York. Their self-titled debut release on Drive-Thru Records in 2005 sparked a cult following for the band. After building a dedicated fan base, IATA decided to stick to their DIY roots and self-manage. Six years after their debut record, they released AVALANCHE UNITED, gaining them exponential respect from the punk rock community.

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Kevin Devine has more than made a name for himself in the alternative scene. His lyrics are introspective and political, reminiscent of Bob Dylan and Elliott Smith; you can feel the emotion in his voice on each of his songs. He has grown a large, dedicated fanbase by touring with the likes of Brand New, Thrice, Say Anything, and Manchester Orchestra, and just released a second record with Andy Hull of Manchester Orchestra for their side project Bad Books.

Vinnie Caruana has seen a lot. Frontman for I Am The Avalanche and seminal post hardcore band The Movielife, Caruana has been able to tour the world and release music in various outlets for the past sixteen years. After years of playing solo shows on the side for a while, he just released his debut solo EP City By The Sea, featuring six songs full of personal lyrics and lush layers sure to please old fans and newcomers alike.

The Front Bottoms consists of two band childhood cohorts who wrap up some of the most ensnaring aspects of indie, acoustic, and punk music into their infectious tracks. Coasta is an alternative-rock trio from Long Island, New York formed by Jamey Lacey (does that last name sound familiar?), Chris Lorenz, and Steve Kupillas. The band released their debut EP Sunzal in May of 2012, capturing the attention of many.
