Proof-of-Concept

The “Proof-of-Concept” provides confidence in the Scribe integration solution by recognizing the partial fulfillment of a project’s business requirements and objectives.

  • Assumes installation of Scribe applications completed
  • Requires all applicable data samples
  • Requires S.O.W. (statement of work) prior to start
  • Limited development of customizations (does not include all fields)

Getting Started Package

The Getting Started Package is a great way to leverage Scribe Software into your environment. This package is geared towards new partners and provides advisory services at several points during your implementation. This will enable you to save time by getting up and running faster following the Scribe methodology, lower your costs by making every interaction efficient, and allow you to control your own project while leveraging Scribe expertise during critical implementation phases.

  • Work jointly to Install Scribe and understand the requirements
  • Configure Scribe Insight and be advised on the design of custom mappings
  • Receive support during the integration and customization testing
  • Receive support as the implementation goes live

Installed and Ready Installation Package

The “Installed and Ready” Installation Package guides and coaches the technical professional through the steps required to install and set up Scribe’s applications. At present, this package is designed for the installation of either Dynamics CRM to Dynamics GP or Salesforce to Dynamics GP integration template. Includes:

  • Installation and set up of Scribe Server
  • Set up of Console
  • Set up of Adapter (GP includes eConnect)
  • Ensure data is flowing between applications (without any customizations)
  • Does not include training

Approximate time: 2 to 4 hours

Base Integration Configuration

The “Base Integration Configuration” package will result in the integration being completely configured based on application baselines. Includes:

  • Completion of prerequisites
  • Completion of configuration steps
  • Assumes installation complete

Approximate time: 4 to 6 hours

Template Customizations

The “Template Customizations” package takes one of Scribe’s existing templates and helps the engineer(s) involved create a custom template specifically designed to fulfill the integration’s business and data requirements. Typically this involves modifications to the following:

  • Custom Fields and Groups
  • User Mappings

Approximate time: 4 to 6 hours

Maintenance and Alert Configuration

The “Maintenance and Alert Configuration” package is critical to ensuring that the integration solution is operating within desired limits.

  • Set up maintenance scripts
  • Set up e-mail notifications
  • Create base reports

Approximate time: 2 to 4 hours

System Audit Review

The “System Audit Review” package is a review conducted by a Scribe expert with the objective of providing a qualitative stamp-of-approval of integration implementation. The System Audit Review ensures the integration system is being maximized and fulfills the business and data requirements. An individualized audit report analysis will be provided upon completion of the review. Review includes:

  • Maintenance and Alert Configurations
  • Failed Messages
  • Detailed audit report analysis created
  • Performance Recommendations
  • Hardware
  • Systems Maximization
  • Product Updates/Configuration (ensure features being used)

Approximate time: 2 to 4 hours
