We provide multiple ways to get information into Cosential both during and after implementation. Our Import Tool can migrate data from any system or spreadsheet. We also provide robust data integration with a variety of software and websites, including:
- All A/E/C accounting software, including Deltek, Ajera, CMiC, Viewpoint, BST, Timberline and more.
- Microsoft Outlook (via our Ethnos Plug-in)
- Your corporate website, including lead-gathering forms
You choose the data fields you wish to connect, set automatic update intervals and Cosential does the rest. Cosential can keep all connected data current in multiple systems, effortlessly.
Of course, data can be entered manually as needed. Cosential makes it easy with A/E/C-specific fields and de-duplication and voice-to-text entry for mobile devices. You can also scan and import business card data with Cosential’s Card Scan application or email leads directly into Cosential. Any new entries or edits are reflected throughout Cosential and all marketing material instantly, saving hours of editing and data entry time.
